Important updates
    Changes to future finance agreements

    Due to some business changes, a number of customers won’t be able to take out finance agreements with Close Brothers to cover the cost of their insurance policies in the future. This change will not happen immediately, and we will be working with brokers over the next 6-12 months to organise a smooth transition. This does NOT impact any current finance agreements OR existing insurance policies.

    Who is my insurance broker?

    You will be able to find your insurance broker’s details and contact information on your insurance policy and any communications sent by them. 


    If you are unsure of who your broker is or what their phone number is call 0333 321 8566, there is an option in the IVR to obtain your broker's phone number providing you enter your loan reference number.
