Important update
    Changes to future finance agreements

    Due to some business changes, a number of customers won’t be able to take out finance agreements with Close Brothers to cover the cost of their insurance policies in the future. This change will not happen immediately, and we will be working with brokers over the next 6-12 months to organise a smooth transition. This does NOT impact any current finance agreements OR existing insurance policies.

    I'm worried I might miss a payment in the future, what should I do?

Or email us at [email protected], if you think you are going to miss a payment along with a contact telephone number. We understand when customers are worried about future payments and we will do our best to support you.


    Please note that if you’re experiencing financial difficulty and you’re concerned that your insurance cover is no longer suitable for your needs, you should contact your insurance broker directly to discuss your options. (You can find your insurance broker’s contact information on your insurance policy and other communications sent by them.)
