    Changes to future finance agreements

    Due to some business changes, a number of customers won’t be able to take out finance agreements with Close Brothers to cover the cost of their insurance policies in the future. This change will not happen immediately, and we will be working with brokers over the next 6-12 months to organise a smooth transition. This does NOT impact any current finance agreements OR existing insurance policies.

    Will missed payments affect my ability to renew my credit agreement?

    If you’ve just missed a payment please give us a call on 0333 321 8566 and enter your agreement number when prompted. Or email us at [email protected].

     

    If your policy is due to renew, you should contact your insurance broker directly to discuss your options. (You can find your insurance broker’s contact information on your insurance policy and other communications sent by them.)
