    Changes to future finance agreements

    Due to some business changes, a number of customers won’t be able to take out finance agreements with Close Brothers to cover the cost of their insurance policies in the future. This change will not happen immediately, and we will be working with brokers over the next 6-12 months to organise a smooth transition. This does NOT impact any current finance agreements OR existing insurance policies.

    Why has a fee been applied to my account?

    If we are unable to collect a scheduled Direct Debit payment from your bank account, a fee may be applied. If you cancel your credit agreement, we may also charge a fee. If you are charged a fee we will write to you to let you know about this and the reason why.
    Full details of the fees we charge (including the amount and reason for the charge) are included in your credit agreement.
